Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience
- TIPS certification preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- ensure a safe and compliant work environment by following company policies and procedures
- protect company assets and maintain confidentiality
- present a professional image with a clean and well-maintained uniform
- be prepared for physical activity including standing sitting or walking for extended periods and lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- ability to bend twist pull and stoop as necessary
- deliver exceptional service to guests ensuring business success
Job Qualifications
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- a positive outgoing personality with a passion for guest service
- previous bartending experience
- TIPS certification is preferred
- ServSafe certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Create signature and classic cocktails
- welcome and engage guests with a warm inviting presence
- provide table service for guests in the bar area
- open and serve wine and champagne with expertise
- prepare garnishes and maintain drink presentation
- stock ice glassware and necessary bar supplies
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- process payments and complete cashier reports accurately
