We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Mixologists/Bartenders to join the team at Main Event - Murfreesboro Center. Mixologists/Bartenders at Main Event are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring all service complies with legal and company standards. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to work full time or part time hours
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for long periods
Must comply with all state and local alcohol service laws

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of drink mixing techniques
Familiarity with POS systems
Ability to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties

Receive drink orders from guests or servers
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, wine, bottled beer, and draught beer
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all laws and company alcohol service policies and procedures
Enter drink and/or food orders into POS terminal and collect payment
Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies
Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
