Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a mixology or bartending role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle cash and process payments
- knowledge of food allergies and special dietary needs
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage preparation techniques
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Drive sales through memorable guest interactions
- prepare and serve craft cocktails with attention to detail
- upsell food and beverage items based on guest preferences
- capture all guest orders accurately including special requests and allergies
- maintain safety and sanitation standards consistently
- process guest payments using cash, credit, gift, or rewards cards
- communicate effectively with management, kitchen, and guest attendants to ensure smooth operations
