Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high volume, service focused bar or lounge
proven experience as a mixologist in a high end bar or lounge
strong creativity and passion for experimenting with new flavors and concepts
excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

Provide training and ongoing support to bartenders and barbacks
create and innovate new cocktail recipes that align with Sugar & Tea Room brand, culture, and guest preferences
maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks served
develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency behind bars
interact with guests to ensure a memorable and personalized experience
