Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and positive demeanor
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable about menu and customer-related policies
- Previous experience as restaurant mixologist, bartender, bar-back, server, waiter/waitress, runner, front of house, or other FOH restaurant job
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and build rapport
- Look for visual and verbal cues to customize service
- Promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests
- Ensure expedient service of food and beverages
- Learn menu and beverages to recommend and upsell items
- Accurately ring orders into the POS system
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Assess guests’ needs and make recommendations
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
