Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Energetic and positive demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about menu and customer-related policies
  • Previous experience as restaurant mixologist, bartender, bar-back, server, waiter/waitress, runner, front of house, or other FOH restaurant job

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a genuine smile and build rapport
  • Look for visual and verbal cues to customize service
  • Promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests
  • Ensure expedient service of food and beverages
  • Learn menu and beverages to recommend and upsell items
  • Accurately ring orders into the POS system
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Assess guests’ needs and make recommendations
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
