We are currently seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in creating strong guest relationships and ensuring every customer feels like a VIP. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, tailored to the preferences of each guest. The successful candidate will greet guests with a genuine smile, build rapport, and customize the bar experience based on individual needs. A mixologist at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina plays a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, upselling menu items, and maintaining compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Job Duties

Greet guests with a genuine smile, build rapport, and ensure an enjoyable, quality bar experience
look for visual and verbal cues to identify the experience the guest wants and customize the service to meet those expectations
promptly and accurately take food and beverage requests from guests
ensure expedient service of food and beverages to the guest
learn menu and beverages and recommend and upsell items
accurately ring all orders into the POS system while simultaneously interacting with guests when applicable
prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests (cocktails, beer, wine, etc.)
assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
comply with all food and beverage regulations
