Force Pressure Control's commitment to professionalism and safety creates a work environment that supports skill development and operational excellence. As a dynamic player in the oil and gas sector, Force Pressure Control emphasizes not only technical competency but also effective team communication to ensure seamless operations at wellsites. The company supports talent with competitive compensation packages, inclusive of health care and retirement benefits, reflecting a strong commitment to employee well-being and career growth. This opportunity is for the Mixing Plant Operator role, a full-time, non-exempt position that offers an hourly pay rate aligned with the candidate's experience level. The role is primarily situated in the Eagle Ford region, but out-of-area candidates with the requisite skills and experience will also be considered.
The Mixing Plant Operator position demands a highly professional and safety-conscious individual with a strong background in operating oil and gas mixing equipment. The operator will be responsible for managing full-cycle operations at wellsites, demonstrating the ability to adjust equipment according to site-specific conditions and effectively troubleshoot any issues to optimize performance. A crucial part of this role involves accurately submitting real-time data from pH meters and recording readings at assigned intervals, which are vital for monitoring chemical mixes and overall operation safety. Strong communication skills are essential as the operator must liaise with team members to promptly address any problems or adjustments required during the mixing process. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of senior-level experience in oil and gas mixing operations and demonstrate thorough knowledge of drill out and production chemicals. Familiarity with other well completion operations is considered advantageous, enhancing the operator's ability to contribute broadly to the completions process. Forced Pressure Control places a preference on hiring local candidates from the Eagle Ford area while remaining open to skilled professionals from other regions. Additionally, the compensation package spans beyond base pay to include paid time off, holidays, comprehensive health and medical benefits, ancillary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan, underscoring the company’s investment in its employees’ long-term success and satisfaction. Applicants should be aware of their rights under Federal Employment Laws, ensuring a fair and transparent hiring process.
