- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- successful completion of the WorkKeys Assessment with a minimum Silver certification level
- willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read and understand specifications and follow instructions
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to accurately perform calculations, measurements, and documentation
- ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Operates and assists with industrial mixing equipment
- monitors compound weight measurements and adheres to recipe specifications
- utilizes Mixing Management Systems (MMS) to support production processes
- exchanges pallets, containers, and trolleys for continuous production flow
- applies chemical weight tolerances and maintains product consistency
- troubleshoots machine cycle issues to minimize downtime
- operates forklifts safely to transport materials
- verifies recipe measurements and ensures accurate material handling
- reads specifications and uses hand tools and gauging devices to monitor quality
- responds to equipment malfunctions and notifies supervision
- performs automatic and manual control panel functions
- complies with plant, environmental, quality, and safety policies
- assists shift leaders and management with operational duties
