Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class B CDL and acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in English and basic math skills
- Knowledge of local roads and concrete practices (preferred)
- Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain customer relationships
- Familiarity with minor truck maintenance and repair (preferred)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (or 100 lbs with assistance)
- Ability to work outside normal business hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to climb and descend ladders
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver and unload ready-mixed concrete
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers
- Understand and apply safe handling of concrete products
- Comply with OSHA and DOT/FMCSA safety practices
- Maintain assigned equipment in clean, work-ready condition
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain regular in-person attendance
