Job Description

Left Hand Brewing Company is a well-established brewery known for its craft beers and dedication to quality brewing. Located in Colorado, the brewery has gained a strong reputation for producing a variety of distinct and innovative beers that appeal to a diverse group of beer enthusiasts. The company prides itself on maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment, guided by its core values which emphasize integrity, community, diversity, personal growth, and ownership. Left Hand Brewing Company champions an inclusive culture where employees feel valued and encouraged to contribute their unique perspectives and talents. The company’s commitment to both its product and its people has allowed it to thrive in the competitive craft beer market, expanding its reach through mergers with other breweries, thereby combining multiple brands under one umbrella and broadening its production capabilities.

The position available is for Intermittent, Part-Time Mix Pack Production Associates who will work at the brewery's production facility assembling mix packs of canned and bottled beer. This role is a fantastic fit for individuals seeking flexible work hours, such as those who desire supplemental income alongside another job or those preferring not to commit to a fixed full-time schedule. The intermittent nature of the position allows associates to select shifts that best accommodate their personal schedules, with the maximum weekly hours capped at 25. The shifts revolve around production needs and fall within morning and afternoon weekday slots, enabling employees to pick shifts that suit their availability.

The Mix Pack Production Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that the mix packs—which often combine different brands and beer varieties—are carefully and efficiently assembled. Working under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, associates are responsible for physically assembling these packs according to set guidelines while maintaining attention to detail and a steady pace. This hands-on production work requires the ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 pounds and engage in physical activities such as reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Working conditions may include exposure to extreme temperature variations and elevated noise levels typical of a busy brewery production environment.

Aside from the physical demands and operational role, employees are expected to embody Left Hand Brewing Company’s core values: doing the right thing by promoting safety, trust, accountability, and responsibility; embracing diversity through appreciation of individual uniqueness and encouraging healthy debate; helping others by positively contributing to the community and team; committing to personal improvement with passion and a positive attitude; and taking ownership by fostering a sense of pride and teamwork. This role offers an engaging and supportive workplace culture where employees can grow and contribute to a shared success.

Compensation for this intermittent, part-time position starts at $15.16 per hour. While this role is not eligible for the typical suite of company benefits, employees enjoy unique benefits related to the brewery’s products, particularly discounts or perks associated with the company’s beer offerings. Left Hand Brewing Company is proud to maintain an Equal Opportunity Employer status, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds without discrimination based on race, religion, color, gender identity, or other protected statuses. This openness and inclusivity are fundamental to the company’s ethos and operational philosophy.

The job posting is open until close of business on June 19, 2026, but interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible since the company reserves the right to close the posting earlier. This position is perfect for those individuals eager to work in a dynamic brewery environment, who value teamwork, flexibility, and the craft brewing process.
