Job Requirements
- No educational prerequisite
- Ability to read and understand instructions and job-related documentation
- Must comply with company safety and operational policies
- Physical ability to perform production duties including standing for extended periods
- Willingness to follow production schedules and meet attendance policies
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of production experience as a helper
- Six months basic knowledge of mixer procedures and mixer operation
- Ability to read, comprehend and record necessary job information
- Demonstrated competency in job activities affecting product safety, legality, and quality
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Duties
- Ensure proper preparation of doughs according to formulas and scheduled standards
- Maintain dough consistency through proper scaling and control of time and temperature
- Keep production schedule by mixing dough efficiently and timely delivery to dividers
- Record temperature, mixing times, and other required data accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Comply with all company policies, including safety and work rules
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
