This role focuses on the preparation and handling of doughs according to strict formula and scheduled standards to ensure product safety, legality, and quality. The Dough Mixer is a vital position in the production line, responsible for maintaining consistency in scaling, timing, and temperature of doughs, ensuring timely mixing and transferring of dough to dividers to maintain efficient production flow. The role demands accurate record-keeping of dough mixing parameters and absolute adherence to cleanliness and safety guidelines.

The Dough Mixer operates under direct supervision but carries responsibilities pivotal to product quality and production efficiency.
