As a Dough Mixer at Flowers Foods, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards that define all our bakery goods. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the correct preparation of dough according to precise formulas and schedules, enabling smooth production flows and maintaining product consistency. This hands-on position requires the ability to mix dough efficiently, control time and temperature standards, and keep detailed records related to dough mixing processes. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, comply diligently with all company policies — including safety and quality standards — and support overall team productivity. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $21.39 per hour, rising to $22.52 after one year, and is situated on the first shift.
