Job Requirements

- current dot medical card
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs

- strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing srm’s values on every job
- physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions
- strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, “go-getter” attitude
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- previous experience as a mixer operator, ready mix driver, or in construction delivery is a plus but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn
- willingness to complete srm’s pre-employment screenings
Job Duties
- operate a concrete mixer truck (class a or b cdl) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites
- load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards
- deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing srm concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude
- perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- follow all dot, osha, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public
- maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems
- coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing
- assist with general plant or yard duties as needed
