SRM Concrete is currently hiring Mixer Operators, also known as Ready Mix Truck Drivers, CDL Mixer Drivers, or Concrete Mixer Operators. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), who are safety-focused, service-oriented, and dedicated to achieving outstanding customer service. Mixer Operators at SRM Concrete are responsible for operating concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready mix concrete to various commercial and residential construction sites. The position emphasizes not only the safe and timely delivery of concrete but also the representation of SRM’s brand and values in every customer interaction. Safety protocols are paramount, with strict adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and company safety standards.

Beyond driving and delivering concrete, Mixer Operators load, mix, and inspect the concrete to ensure compliance with exact specifications and stringent quality standards. They also perform regular vehicle inspections and routine maintenance to ensure safety and operational compliance. Strong cooperation with dispatch and plant teams is necessary for efficient scheduling and proper routing of deliveries.
