Mixer Operators are required to operate concrete mixer trucks safely while loading, mixing, and inspecting concrete mixes to adhere to precise specifications and stringent quality standards. Along with their driving duties, they are also responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, conducting routine maintenance checks, and diligently following all Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and company safety regulations. Their role directly impacts both public safety and the operational efficiency of the company.

Beyond driving, Mixer Operators coordinate closely with dispatch and plant teams to ensure efficient scheduling and routing, helping SRM maintain consistent and reliable service. This is a full-time, local driving position with consistent routes that allow operators to be home daily and no scheduled work on Sundays.
