Our core principles—Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter attitude—guide everything we do at SRM Concrete. Our company is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment where each employee is valued and has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
We are currently seeking engaged and driven individuals with an active CDL license to join our team as Mixer Operators. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and safe production and delivery of high-quality concrete products to commercial and residential construction sites. The Mixer Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, mixing concrete according to precise specifications, and delivering products with exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and an ability to work effectively with team members and partners across the organization.
This position offers a stable and rewarding career path within a rapidly growing company, with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation. As a Mixer Operator at SRM Concrete, you will not only be a skilled CDL driver but also a valued concrete expert contributing to the success of construction projects across various locations. Our commitment to workplace culture and employee well-being means you will have daily home time to maintain a healthy work-life balance as well as access to a comprehensive benefits package.
The role requires coordination with dispatch to manage efficient delivery routes, adherence to strict safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Mixers are routinely inspected before and after operation to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Team members are expected to assist in related duties, supporting overall production processes when needed.
Candidates interested in joining SRM Concrete as a Mixer Operator should be prepared to undergo pre-employment screenings which include drug testing, physical examinations, and background checks such as Clearinghouse and motor vehicle record reviews. We are an equal-opportunity employer valuing diversity and fostering an environment that respects every individual's background and contributions.
