We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our Dalton, Georgia facility. This position operates on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a competitive pay rate starting at $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. As a Machine Operator at Techmer PM, you will play a critical role in operating key manufacturing equipment used to produce specialized plastic compounds tailored to customer specifications. This role involves a hands-on approach to managing extrusion and other processing equipment, ensuring that production runs efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

In this role, the Machine Operator is responsible for adhering strictly to all standard operating procedures to safeguard their safety, the safety of coworkers, and the integrity of the facility.
