The Food Processing Mixer role at Stratas Foods’ Nashville Food Processing and Packaging Plant is a pivotal position contributing directly to the manufacture of quality bulk and packaged dressings and sauces. Food Processing Mixers are responsible for managing the mixing and blending processes, following specified recipe constructions, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout production. The role requires clear communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to producing superior food products. Shift flexibility is important as the position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, with weekends and overtime as needed. The mixer will perform various duties including machine operation, batch making, line cleaning, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food manufacturing automation processes and tools
  • ability to follow complex mix instructions

  • ability to work overtime and weekends
