Compliance with all BURNCO policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations including Department of Transportation (DOT) standards, is mandatory for all drivers. The role includes completing accurate paperwork such as vehicle inspections and work orders, communication with supervisors regarding operational or safety concerns, and supportive teamwork through cross-training in various operational areas.

Beyond the essential duties, this position offers competitive pay ranging from $26 to $32 per hour based on experience, emphasizing BURNCO’s recognition of the value that skilled and safety-conscious drivers bring to their team. BURNCO supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and professional development initiatives. The working environment requires outdoor activity in varying weather conditions and adherence to personal protective equipment protocols to ensure safety during operations.

At BURNCO, the role of Ready-Mix Driver is more than just a driving job — it’s a career opportunity to become a vital part of a respected and growth-oriented company that prioritizes safety, inclusivity, and employee success.
