We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Baker to join our team. This full-time position plays an essential role in the production process by precisely measuring, mixing, shaping, and baking dough and batter into finished products according to established recipes and specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strict attention to detail during ingredient measurement, timing, and processing to guarantee product consistency and quality. Duties include rolling, cutting, depositing filling, forming, shaping, baking, and decorating items as required. The baker will work closely with other departments to help fulfill daily production goals, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure timely order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who values operational excellence, quality control, and collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food production
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP regulations
- Ability to measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role in food production
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient functions
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills for production equipment
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to support other departments as needed
Job Duties
- Precisely measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to a recipe
- Responsible to roll and cut, deposit into baking pan, or distribute the filling as part of a product
- Forming and shaping products from the dough or batter, according to the specifications of the recipe
- Baking the shaped dough and, if applicable, decorating the final product
- Must be vigilant about using exact measurements and paying strict attention to timing
- Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring the company's high quality standards are met or exceeded
- Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Adhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures
- Work to troubleshoot any issues and involve maintenance to ensure equipment is available for use when needed and properly maintained
- Ensure daily orders are being filled accurately
- Be willing to help other departments when in need to help carry out our mission on a daily basis
- Other related duties as assigned by management
