Mixer - 2nd Shift

The Food Production Mixer Associate role is a critical part of our manufacturing process. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and physical endurance to manage various tasks revolving around food production equipment and ingredient handling. Working on the second shift from 2:30 pm to 12:30 am, associates will be responsible for operating mixing machinery, accurately measuring ingredients, recording production data, and maintaining cleanliness across the production floor including the oven room and kitchen areas. The Mixer Associate collaborates closely with Line Leads, Quality Assurance personnel, and management to ensure smooth operation and product quality. This role demands the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, and sustain standing or walking throughout the entire eight-hour shift.

This position is ideal for candidates who have previous experience in food production mixer roles within a factory environment, though this experience is not mandatory. The company values safety and accuracy, expecting associates to correctly follow recipes and measurements, verify lot codes, and monitor expiration dates to maintain compliance with food safety regulations. Additionally, associates will be involved in regular cleaning duties for equipment, utensils, tables, and scales to uphold hygiene standards. This role demands flexibility, as additional hours including weekends may be required during peak production seasons.
