Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time second shift from 2:30 pm to 12:30 am Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work additional hours and weekends during peak seasons
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Capability to stand and walk for entire 8-hour shifts
- Successful completion of pre-hire background screening
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food production mixer experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 55 pounds
- Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping
Job Duties
- Operate food production mixing machinery
- Measure out ingredients precisely according to recipes
- Fill out lot sheets accurately
- Clean and maintain food production equipment
- Monitor expiration dates and lot codes for ingredients
- Follow instructions from Line Lead, QA, and management
- Perform cleaning tasks for utensils, tables, and scales
