Job Requirements
- at least one year of manufacturing or closely related experience
- knowledge of food safety standards including Safe Quality Food requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
- comfort working with numbers and basic math
- ability to stand for extended periods, walk around facility, climb stairs or ladders, and perform repetitive tasks
- frequently lift, push, or carry materials
- willingness to work night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties
- follow detailed recipes to accurately weigh, measure, and add ingredients into industrial mixers
- cut open and handle bags of flour and other ingredients, adding them to mixers in correct sequence and quantities
- operate and monitor mixer control panels to ensure proper mixing
- stage ingredients by breaking down materials, loading onto carts, and transporting to mixing room
- maintain strong food safety and quality standards throughout the mixing process
- perform hands-on production work as part of a team
- adhere to safety and manufacturing best practices
