Job Description

Conagra Brands is a leading company in the food manufacturing sector, known for its commitment to delivering high-quality food products that resonate with consumers around the world. With over 18,000 employees spread across more than 40 locations, Conagra has built a reputation for innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability within the food industry. The company’s portfolio includes iconic brands such as Birds Eye, Slim Jim, and Reddi-Wip, each reflecting Conagra's dedication to culinary excellence and consumer satisfaction. Conagra fosters a vibrant and inclusive culture where employees are empowered to develop their careers, make meaningful contributions, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The company places strong emphasis on embracing new technologies and solutions that advance both the industry's future and environmental sustainability.

This opportunity is for a night shift position from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM at the company's Kent, Washington facility, offering an hourly rate of $24.75 plus a $1.00 shift differential. The role is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in fast-paced manufacturing environments, especially those who appreciate precision and adherence to food safety standards. As a member of the production team, you will be responsible for accurately following detailed recipes to weigh, measure, and combine ingredients using industrial mixers. This position requires handling raw materials, operating and monitoring sophisticated mixing equipment, and maintaining rigorous food safety and quality standards throughout the mixing process.

In this hands-on role, you will be tasked with cutting open bags of flour and other ingredients, adding them to mixers in precise sequences and quantities, staging ingredients by breaking down required materials, and transporting them efficiently within the facility. The position demands a keen eye for detail to ensure the final product consistently meets exact specifications and high-quality benchmarks. This job is uniquely suited for candidates comfortable working with numbers and basic math, as measuring ingredients accurately is critical to the success of the production process.

Working in this manufacturing environment entails physical activity such as standing for prolonged periods, walking throughout the facility, climbing stairs or ladders, and performing repetitive tasks. Employees must frequently lift, push, or carry materials, making physical fitness and stamina important. The role also presents a lively work atmosphere where noise levels may be high and temperature conditions may vary.

Conagra Brands values the well-being of its employees, offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; company-paid life, accident, and disability insurance; competitive pay and 401(k)/pension plans; financial wellness programs; and opportunities for stock purchase. Career growth is supported through development programs, employee resource groups, and team collaboration. Furthermore, Conagra promotes work-life balance with paid time off and volunteer opportunities.

This role closes for applications on May 28, 2026. Joining Conagra Brands means becoming part of a company that not only produces beloved food products but also invests in its people and the communities it serves, striving to create an inspiring and rewarding workplace for all.
