The Guest Service Support Expert role within W Hotels is pivotal in ensuring seamless food and beverage operations by supporting various operational needs such as setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and supply levels. This role goes beyond routine service tasks to contribute meaningfully to crafting memorable and unique guest experiences, emphasizing the importance of professionalism, safety, and quality. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull up to 25 pounds alone and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • physical agility to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead
  • adherence to company policies and safety standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • no prior related work experience required but preferred in food and beverage environment
  • no supervisory experience required
