The Mission Inn is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Room Service Runner to join their team. This role is integral to ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in their rooms by accurately taking orders over the phone and efficiently delivering food and beverages. The Room Service Runner must be familiar with the hotel’s menus, ingredients, wine list, and operational hours of all food and beverage outlets. In addition to handling the orders, the position involves collecting signed checks, reconciling daily sales, and assisting with the collection and proper breakdown of trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms. Maintaining high standards of personal appearance, equipment cleanliness, and adherence to service etiquette are essential duties.
