Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 to 5 years experience in meeting planning or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of event planning, meeting room space management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage employees and guests in event settings
- Working knowledge of safety requirements and room setups
- Ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage employees and guide guests
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu planning and banquet standards
- Working knowledge of room setups and safety requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Plan and execute logistics for events, conferences, and meetings from conception to completion
- Manage sales and contract negotiations
- Coordinate food and beverage selections
- Oversee room setup and audio visual arrangements
- Provide event and meeting planning services and advice to clients
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and communication
- Manage project budgets including invoicing and payment processing
- Ensure coordination with all service departments to meet client needs
- Manage employees and guests during events maintaining excellent communication
- Organize large-scale corporate events, grand openings, ribbon cuttings, and groundbreaking ceremonies
- Select and negotiate with vendors such as catering, entertainment, audio visual, décor, and florals
- Collaborate and negotiate with vendors for cohesive event execution
