The Ministry Events team at The Gideons International plays a vital role in delivering exceptional event experiences, facilitating communication, and providing expert coordination to ensure all events align seamlessly with the Association's policies, procedures, and ideals. The team is instrumental in balancing spiritual preparation with practical ministry efforts, making a meaningful impact within the organization and beyond.

The Ministry Events Coordinator position is an essential role within this supportive and dynamic team. This role is designed to ensure the efficient and seamless operation of event platforms, including the management of digital and print products associated with various events held by the Association. The primary responsibility involves overseeing event registration platforms, ensuring their proper setup and timely launch, and maintaining comprehensive data reporting routines that support event success and clear communication across the organization. The Coordinator will also manage the production processes of approximately 200 diverse resources in both print and digital formats, driving collaboration among various teams and approvals from relevant stakeholders.

Successful candidates for this position will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills that facilitate effective interaction at all levels. Additional responsibilities include supporting leadership communications, aiding regional conferences and conventions, and handling various aspects of local events.

Beyond technical abilities, the Ministry Events Coordinator is expected to embody the core values of the Association, including integrity, open communication, and stewardship while fostering a positive and proactive work environment. Through adherence to mission-critical competencies such as problem-solving, business acumen, and process management, the Coordinator actively contributes to the organization's overarching goals and success. This is a full-time role that primarily operates within a climate-controlled office environment with occasional travel requirements, especially for the International Convention and site visits.
