Job Duties

  • Provide direction to mini bar refreshment center attendants

  • Inventory refreshment centers and replace items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of refreshment centers
  • Record sales using computer system and restock bars
  • Monitor product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels
  • Use software to assign guest rooms to attendants and follow up on notes
  • Prepare daily room inventory listings and restocking carts
  • Place emergency orders with suppliers
  • Respond to guest requests and assign attendants accordingly
  • Communicate operational issues with hotel management
  • Serve as departmental role model or mentor
