The resort is currently seeking a dedicated Mini Bar Attendant to join its Food and Beverage team on a part-time basis. The Mini Bar Attendant plays an essential role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that mini bars within guest rooms are impeccably stocked, clean, and fully operational. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. Working various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking inventory, replenishing items using a handheld point-of-sale system, verifying product expiry dates, and preparing accurate guest checks to ensure precise billing. Beyond inventory management, the Mini Bar Attendant will also maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars and conduct regular checks to confirm their proper function, addressing any issues promptly to uphold the high standards of the Waldorf Astoria brand.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • restock mini bars using handheld point-of-sale system while verifying product expiration dates
  • prepare and process guest checks for mini bar usage accurately to ensure proper billing
  • perform regular equipment checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report or address operational issues
  • clean and organize mini bars to maintain guest satisfaction
  • maintain inventory records and communicate with management regarding stock levels
  • adhere to health and safety standards when handling products
  • assist with team collaboration to ensure timely service
