The Mini Bar Attendant position is an essential role within our Housekeeping team, focusing on the upkeep and management of the mini bar amenities provided in our guest rooms. This role involves inventory management, stocking, and ensuring that all self-service mini bars meet stringent cleanliness and operational standards. You will collaborate closely with the Purchasing Manager and Beverage Manager to maintain consistent inventory levels and fulfill guest needs efficiently. This position requires keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while also supporting team goals. Our Mini Bar Attendants contribute directly to guest satisfaction by ensuring that all mini bars are well-stocked, clean, and properly charged for consumed items, supporting the overall smooth operation of the guest rooms. The role involves physical mobility and stamina, including the ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 40 pounds, making physical readiness essential.
