The role of a Part-Time Mini Bar Attendant at Hilton is integral to upholding the highest standards of room service across all guest accommodations. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive speedy, accurate, and courteous service regarding their mini bar needs. Your role involves restocking mini bars by taking inventory and replenishing items while verifying product expiration dates, preparing guest checks accurately to ensure proper billing, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas. You will also be tasked with performing regular checks on mini bar equipment to ensure it functions properly and proactively reporting any issues. Delivering exceptional customer service is at the core of this position, which means that responding to guest inquiries politely and professionally is a daily task.
