The role of Mini Bar Attendant within the Food and Beverage Team at Conrad Indianapolis offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to advance their careers within a Fortune 500 company and a renowned luxury brand. In addition to restocking and maintaining mini bars, this role entails performing regular checks to troubleshoot any equipment issues, documenting guest charges precisely, and ensuring overall mini bar cleanliness remains impeccable. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to restock mini bars and perform cleaning duties

Job Duties
- restock mini bars
- take inventory and replenish mini-bar items using handheld point-of-sale (POS) system while verifying product expiration dates
- prepare guest checks with care and accurately document and process guest checks to ensure proper billing
- perform regular checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report/address any operational issues
- maintain cleanliness and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction
