Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to push 35 lbs and lift 50 lbs
- Ability to walk stairs occasionally
- Normal finger dexterity
- Ability to write and speak conversational English
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- TABC certification required

Job Duties
- Stock and replace missing items in mini bars
- Inspect, move and clean mini bars according to departmental procedures
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Meet Forbes standard and pass service audits
- Maintain and organize assigned storerooms daily
- Ensure products are not expired and remove expired items appropriately
- Notify management of expired products
- Rotate all mini bar products properly
- Complete and track inventory in assigned storerooms
- Obtain stock from storerooms
- Maintain assigned floors and rooms requesting mini bar service
- Maintain highest level of customer service and professionalism
- Communicate issues or concerns to mini bar vending supervisor
- Follow all safety and standard operating procedures
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies and report any wrongdoing
- Work weekends and holidays
- Maintain accurate knowledge of inventories and par
- Check and restock mini bar carts to standard
- Ensure mini bar cleanliness and working order meet four diamond standards
- Post charges to account via telephone and computer
- Replenish consumed items to standard
- Check do not disturb rooms before departure
- Complete and log work orders daily
- Demonstrate knowledge of service standards, guest acknowledgement, safety and emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Pick up trays from guest rooms and hallways if needed
