Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Proven speaking experience as mindfulness keynote or guest speaker
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and motivational storytelling
- Familiarity with professional and management development training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to manage remote work and travel as needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and collaboration
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
- Proven speaking experience and subject-matter authority in mindfulness
- Ability to translate personal or professional expertise into relatable takeaways
- Experience aligned with professional and management development training initiatives
- Strong presentation delivery, audience engagement, and emotional storytelling skills
- Demonstrated resilience, cultural awareness, presence, strategic insight, and clarity in communication
Job Duties
- Provide targeted content and insights tailored to mindfulness topic areas
- Collaborate with Speakers Bureau to deliver keynote and guest speaking engagements
- Educate, inspire, and energize audiences through expert knowledge and motivational storytelling
- Design and deliver keynote presentations tailored to event purpose and audience
- Support pre-event messaging and internal leadership briefings
- Provide customized post-event deliverables such as feedback tools and educational resources
- Engage audiences through actionable guidance rooted in mindfulness expertise
