Job Requirements

  • prior experience in bar management or supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of beverage management
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of local alcohol regulations
  • ability to lead and motivate staff
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a bar or restaurant setting

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar including opening and closing procedures
  • train and supervise bar staff including bartenders and barbacks
  • develop and maintain drink menus and pricing
  • monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
  • work with the management team to achieve financial targets
