This opportunity is for a Food Production Manager role, where the candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the culinary operations of the club. Job Duties

  • Manages food production for all activities including menu development, costing and execution
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
  • Responsible for all personnel supervision
  • Writes daily specials
  • Monitor quality of products and services produced
  • Assists in the hiring, training and on-going supervision of all employees
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Establishes and maintains professional standards of conduct and appearance at all times
  • Assists Sous Chefs whenever needed
  • Establishes and adheres to food costs goals for the club, takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that financial goals are attained
  • Performs other special duties as requested by the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef
