Homestead Resort is currently seeking a talented and customer-focused Barista to join its vibrant coffee shop team. The Barista role at this resort is much more than just preparing coffee; it is about creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued, served with exceptional quality beverages, and leaves with a lasting positive impression. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee drinks including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos, as well as engaging guests with personalized recommendations. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace is essential, alongside following strict health and safety guidelines to ensure product quality and freshness. Job Duties

- Maintain a clean and organized work area including coffee machines and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of coffee products
- Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
