This full-time role offers coffee enthusiasts a unique opportunity to showcase their skills in crafting the perfect cup of joe while engaging with guests in an inviting atmosphere. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages such as espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more, ensuring each drink is beautifully presented, including latte art. Additionally, the Barista will maintain a clean and organized workspace, operate cash registers accurately, and follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee the quality and freshness of coffee products. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, with the Barista playing a key role in creating memorable and welcoming experiences for every guest. Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Prior cash handling experience
Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

Prior cash handling experience

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
Create latte art and ensure each drink is beautifully presented
Maintain a clean and organized work area including coffee machines and equipment
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of coffee products
Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
Provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
