Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on administrative
- Maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Military service contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
- Willingness to attend 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training and Technical Training if no prior military experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Courses in business English composition computer software and keyboarding are desirable
- Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on administrative
- Valid state driver’s license to operate government vehicles
- Military service contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
Job Duties
- Manage office processes and activities to support organizational communications including correspondence preparation distribution suspense tracking and workflow management
- Manage organizational personnel and manpower programs
- Provide executive administrative support to General Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians
- Maintain efficient and organized working environments
- Track and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate communications within organizational units
- Support human resources initiatives and programs
