A minimum ASVAB score of 55 in Administrative is required, as well as a valid state driver’s license to operate government vehicles.
Candidates without prior military experience will go through an 8.5-week Basic Military Training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in Texas, followed by specific Technical Training to equip them with the skills needed for the role. This combination of military discipline and comprehensive training prepares candidates to excel in office management and executive assistance roles within both military and civilian contexts. - Military service with a contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
- Maintain a valid state's driver's license
- Complete 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training and Technical Training for candidates without prior military experience
