The Administration position (3F5X1) within the Air National Guard plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the organization. As an Air National Guard Administrator, you will be responsible for managing correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, and workflow management to support effective organizational communication. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Military service contract as a commissioned officer
  • Must complete Basic Military Training and Technical Training if no prior military experience

  • Courses in business English composition computer software and keyboarding desirable
  • Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
  • Valid state driver license to operate government vehicles
  • Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training followed by Technical Training for candidates without prior military experience
