Job Requirements

  • Military service with a contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
  • Valid state driver’s license to operate government vehicles
  • Availability to attend 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training at JB San Antonio-Lackland, TX followed by technical training
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Eligibility to work on the road as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Courses in business, English composition, computer software and keyboarding are desirable
  • Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
  • Valid state driver’s license to operate government vehicles
  • Ability to provide executive support to senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage office processes and activities to support organizational communications including correspondence preparation and distribution
  • Oversee suspense tracking and workflow management
  • Manage organizational personnel and manpower programs
  • Provide executive administrative support to General Officers and senior executive service civilians
  • Coordinate human resource-related activities within the organization
  • Maintain an efficient and organized working environment
  • Ensure compliance with military administrative policies and procedures
