Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
  • Maintain a valid state's driver's license
  • Commitment to military service as a commissioned officer
  • Successful completion of Basic Military Training and Technical Training
  • Ability to work full-time and on the road

Job Qualifications

  • Military service with a contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Courses in business English composition computer software and keyboarding are desirable
  • Minimum ASVAB score of 55 on Administrative
  • Maintain a valid state's driver's license to operate government vehicles
  • Ability to provide executive level administrative support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manages office processes and activities to support organizational communications including correspondence preparation distribution suspense tracking and workflow management
  • Manages organizational personnel and manpower programs
  • Provides executive administrative support to General Officers and Senior Executive Service civilians
  • Maintains efficient and organized working environments
  • Ensures compliance with military and organizational policies
  • Coordinates communication between departments and leadership
  • Supports human resource functions and manpower allocation
