Job Requirements
- An awesome smile and winning attitude
- Willingness to learn and be part of a winning team
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays
- Ability to follow a schedule and be punctual
- Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- 1-2 yrs line cook experience is a plus but not necessary
Job Qualifications
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with team members
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
