Job Requirements

  • An awesome smile and winning attitude
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a winning team
  • Ability to work holidays, weekends, and Sundays
  • Ability to follow a schedule and be punctual
  • Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
  • 1-2 yrs line cook experience is a plus but not necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Proven cooking experience
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional approach with team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
