Job Description

This establishment is known for its commitment to not only providing excellent service but also for fostering an environment where both team members and guests feel valued and engaged. Its vision is centered around sharing the greatest experiences, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and tailored to individual preferences. As a part of the hospitality industry, this venue emphasizes quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of its operations, particularly at the bar where expert bartenders play a crucial role.

The role available is that of a Bartender, a position essential to the venue's success and reputation. Bartenders here are expected to deliver a multi-faceted performance that extends beyond simply mixing drinks. They serve as entertainers and educators, engaging guests with knowledge about spirits and cocktail crafting, and enhancing the overall atmosphere of the establishment. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Bartenders are responsible for mixing, crafting, and serving a wide variety of drinks, including syrups, infusions, cocktails, and mixed beverages, all tailored to meet guest orders precisely.

The position offers an opportunity to innovate and contribute creatively by designing original beverage items and developing new cocktail recipes that add to the venue's unique menu offerings. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is also critical, as is adhering to all state and federal alcohol laws to ensure responsible service. The bartender will also manage alcohol inventory, keeping the bar well stocked, and ensure all garnishes are prepared and replenished throughout their shift.

This full-time position demands high energy and stamina, as much of the work involves remaining on one's feet for extended periods while performing skillful and entertaining bartending techniques. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent communication skills and salesmanship, engaging guests not just with drink suggestions but also with a warm and welcoming demeanor that encourages repeat patronage. Requirements for this role include substantial prior experience, strong computer skills for operating point of sale systems and other programs, and a passion for classic cocktails and guest satisfaction. This role offers a rewarding career path in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where creativity, leadership, integrity, and team collaboration are highly valued.
