We are currently seeking motivated Members of the Back of House (BOH) team, including cooks and line cooks, to join our vibrant culinary staff at our Wilmington, NC location. This role focuses on the preparation of fresh ingredients and the cooking of dishes to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation with every meal served. Candidates will receive paid training in wok cooking and other culinary techniques, regardless of prior experience, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to develop new skills in a dynamic kitchen environment. As a member of the BOH team, you will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations during busy periods, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and contributing positively to a team-oriented workplace culture. Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required food safety licenses or certifications
  • Ability to work safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • Strong responsibility and positive attitude
  • Ability to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
