Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, stretching, and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • willing to learn and perform kitchen duties safely
  • ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • willingness to work flexible hours including busy periods
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • able to obtain and maintain any necessary food safety certifications
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age
  • ability to remain standing for extended periods
  • ability to bend, twist, stretch, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • capable of working safely around kitchen equipment, heat, and steam
  • ability to follow instructions precisely
  • willingness to learn cooking techniques
  • ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications
  • no prior cooking experience required as training is provided

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh ingredients and cook dishes to order
  • ensure each dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
  • follow recipes, preparation guides, and standard procedures accurately
  • learn and perfect cooking and stir-frying skills through hands-on training
  • maintain pace during busy hours and support efficient kitchen flow
  • work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where communication is key
  • manage multiple tasks effectively to meet expectations during busy shifts
