Established with a vision to create a place where food brings people together, Noodles & Company has grown into a reputable dining destination known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and an inviting atmosphere. As a company, it values nurturing and inspiring every team member, customer, and community it serves, fostering a culture that promotes teamwork, personal growth, and respect in the workplace.

At Noodles & Company, the kitchen team, also known as the Back of House (BOH), plays an essential role in delivering the brand's signature dishes. The company is currently hiring Team Members for their BOH, specifically for roles such as cooks and line cooks. These positions involve preparing fresh ingredients, cooking meals to order, and ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations. The role does not require prior experience with traditional cooking techniques like stir-frying, as paid training is provided to help new employees develop necessary skills.

This role is ideally suited for individuals eager to learn, grow, and build a career in a vibrant food service environment. It offers competitive pay ranging from $11.00 to $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for tips and flexible scheduling to accommodate part-time work. The company encourages applicants aged 16 and older, making it an excellent entry-level opportunity for teenagers or anyone interested in entering the culinary field. Working in the BOH, team members contribute directly to the quality and presentation of each dish, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction. Team members also play a crucial role during busy hours by maintaining a fast-paced workflow and supporting a positive kitchen environment.

Beyond the immediate job duties, Noodles & Company provides a welcoming and inclusive workplace that supports the well-being and professional development of its employees. Team members enjoy multiple benefits such as early wage access, meal and lifestyle discounts, tuition assistance, recognition programs, mental health resources, and comprehensive insurance options, including medical, dental, vision, and pet coverage. The company also offers a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, stock purchase discounts, leadership development programs, and free online language courses. Furthermore, Noodles & Company fosters inclusive communities through its Noodles Resource Groups, which enhance belonging and support both personal and professional growth.

Known as an equal opportunity employer and a military-friendly workplace, Noodles & Company actively invites veterans and their spouses to apply. It has earned recognition from Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Diversity, Women, and Company Culture. This commitment to inclusivity and employee support makes Noodles & Company an excellent choice for career development in the foodservice industry.

This position is based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, located at 1926 Skibo Road, and is classified as part-time. Applicants can apply continuously without a fixed deadline, providing flexible opportunities to join the team and begin a rewarding culinary journey with Noodles & Company.
