Insperity has earned accolades as a top workplace from well-known entities such as Glassdoor and U.S. News & World Report, underlining its reputation as an exemplary employer that values its people and invests in their growth and well-being.
This role at Insperity focuses on the position of a MidMarket Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales Consultant. The core responsibility of the Sales Consultant is to sell Insperity's Traditional Employment Workforce Solutions to organizations within an assigned territory. This involves a proactive sales approach, building and managing a pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The consultant will engage closely with assigned Business Process Analyst (BPA) offices to ensure alignment and strategic sales execution. Key responsibilities include cultivating new customers, educating prospects about product benefits, managing client relationships, and accurately forecasting sales activities. The consultant also collaborates with various Insperity sales teams to provide comprehensive workforce solutions efficiently.
This position demands strong sales acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to develop compelling business presentations, making the value of Insperity’s solutions clear to potential clients. The Sales Consultant must possess a customer-focused mindset and be adept at developing long-term relationships that not only close sales but also build a referral base and customer satisfaction. Travel is required up to 20% of the time, typically for client meetings and territory management.
Joining Insperity means becoming part of a company that prioritizes flexibility, career growth, and well-being. Over 80% of jobs at Insperity offer flexible work arrangements, allowing employees to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. The company supports continuous learning and development through mentorship and training programs, ensuring employees can grow and advance in their careers. In addition, Insperity offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, health and wellness support, and paid volunteer hours. This holistic approach reflects Insperity’s dedication to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.
