Job Requirements
- Must be age 18 or older to apply
- no prior experience required
- ability to work mid shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- must complete digital and hands-on training
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain punctuality and dependability
- willing to work as part of a team
- basic math skills for handling cash and electronic payments
Job Qualifications
- An outstanding attitude
- willingness to learn and grow
- capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and Spanish
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly smile
- take accurate orders at the counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk
- handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
- ensure every guest leaves satisfied
- prepare all menu items according to McDonald’s standards
- assemble orders quickly and accurately
- follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
- maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
- keep workstations clean and organized
- follow sanitation, safety, and security policies
- stock and rotate products properly
- support overall restaurant cleanliness
- communicate clearly with team members and managers
- support teammates during busy shifts
- be dependable and punctual
- contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
