Currently, Intuit is making a significant strategic move, referred to as a "Big Bet," aimed at revolutionizing the Mid-Market SaaS and FinTech sectors. This has led to the development and deployment of the Intuit Enterprise Suite, an industry-disrupting, AI-native ERP platform designed specifically for Mid-Market companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $100 million. This platform integrates advanced AI features to streamline operations, enhance profitability, and simplify business management. Intuit is seeking a driven and consultative Account Executive to join one of its fastest-growing teams to lead this growth initiative.

The Account Executive role is a high-impact, individual contributor position focused on prospecting new business within a specified Mid-Market territory. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from generating leads to conducting executive-level discovery sessions and closing complex SaaS platform solutions. The role requires actively engaging with decision-makers, including finance, operations, and IT executives, to deliver impactful, ROI-based presentations that demonstrate the value of Intuit's AI-powered ERP platform. Collaboration is key, as this role works closely with marketing teams, business development representatives, solution engineers, service specialists, customer success managers, and renewal consultants to ensure a seamless customer experience.

As an Account Executive at Intuit, you will be empowered to operate in a fast-paced, high-activity environment where meeting pipeline growth and revenue targets is critical. The sales process involves navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups, negotiating terms, and managing complex deals that require a sophisticated understanding of SaaS solutions and Mid-Market business dynamics. You will maintain rigorous forecasting and CRM discipline using Salesforce to provide accurate pipeline visibility and contribute to revenue forecasting. This position is eligible for a competitive compensation package including base salary, cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, reflecting Intuit’s pay-for-performance philosophy.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, alongside 3-5 years of successful B2B SaaS or FinTech sales experience. The expected base pay for this role varies by location, with remote positions in California (outside the Bay Area) offering between $117,500 and $159,000, while the Chicago-based office salary ranges from $95,500 to $129,500. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or inside sales
  • Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
  • Experience selling to companies with $10M-$100M revenue
  • Ability to conduct executive-level discovery and presentations
  • Skilled in negotiating complex deals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth inside sales environment
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market companies with $10M-$100M revenue, ideally to finance, operations, or IT
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or related software in industries such as construction, professional services, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies including Challenger, MEDDIC, and SPIN
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong continuous learning mindset and familiarity with AI tools to enhance sales effectiveness

Job Duties

  • Proactive pipeline generation by executing daily outbound activity calls, email, social to identify and engage decision-makers
  • Consultative solution selling through leading discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and architect solutions using Intuit Enterprise Suite
  • Deliver compelling, ROI-based presentations to finance, operations, and IT executives demonstrating platform benefits
  • Manage complex sales funnel and multi-stakeholder buying processes including negotiation of rates and terms
  • Collaborate with marketing, BDRs, solution engineers, service specialists, CSMs, and renewal consultants to drive opportunity creation and ensure customer focus
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce with accurate pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and revenue forecasting
